During this workshop we provide you with tools for full stress transformation, scientific background and resources, examples from daily life and exercising ‘The ABCs of De-stressing’.

  • The difference between a connected brain and a brain in stress?
  • 'The power of belief'? How to use your mind (conscious and subconscious) to govern your body. 
  • How to read and change your subconscious database: learn to communicate with your subconscious, to self-muscle test and how your subconscious is operating in specific situations.
  • How to easily and effectively de-stress with 'The ABCs of De-Stressing': a healthy, fast, and efficient manner to do so.

‘The ABCs of De-stressing’ is part of my daily routine. During my most recent trip I visited a city in sweltering heat and I had to get my head around a city map. It gave me a headache. Briefly (and I really mean briefly) I applied ‘The ABCs of De-stressing’ and my headache was gone! (G.H.)

In my opinion the LOVE-method is definitely enrichment and fine-tuning: it is immense practical and fast in its application. It gives a boost to one’s confidence, you can always rely on it and it gives you a framework. I use ‘The ABCs of De-stressing’ every time I become (overly) emotional: I notice that in no time I get back in touch with myself without being taken for a ride by my emotions. It’s not that the emotion is gone, but it’s easier to distance oneself from it; you no longer are the emotion and so you don’t drown in it. A meditation or introspection from the DNA string position is very stabilising and helps me to anchor. (N.)
